James Sievert, was the Executive Director for Personal Growth School of Hypnotherapy. A Certified Hypnotherapist and Lifetime Fellow of IMDHA (International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association), he is also a Certified Hypnotherapist through the NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists) and IACT (International Association of Counselors and Therapists).
James also has specialty certifications in Hypnoanesthesia, Pain Management and Regression Therapy with IMDHA.
He holds certification in Forensic Hypnosis with Collin County Community College Law Enforcement Training Division and is also a Certified NLP Master practitioner, Sports Performance Hypnotist and NLP Trainer with the NFNLP.
James is the developer of the SIL™ method of Performance Enhancement. This program is certified through the IMDHA and was offered at the 16th annual Conference in October 2004. James is a Certified Tai-Chi Instructor with over 20 years experience with taijiquan and martial arts.

Patricia Sievert, was the Education Director for Personal Growth School of Hypnotherapy. She is also a Certified Hypnotherapist with both IMDHA and IACT . She was named Lifetime Fellow of the IMDHA in 2006.
Patricia has specialty certifications in Hypnoanesthesia, Pain Management, Regression Therapy. She is trained in Marie Mongan's HypnoBirthing® and Imagery Birthing© and is the developer of Gentle Birthing a more natural way to birth. Gentle Birthing was offered at the 20th annual IMDHA conference as their Certified Natural Childbirthing method.
