J Smith, is the Executive Director for Personal Growth School of Hypnotherapy.
A Certified Stress Management Consultant/Trainer, she was originally
certified as a Hypnotherapist through the American Board of Hypnotherapy.
Since 1998, Cathy has enhanced her hypnotherapy practice with training in
Marie Mongan’s HypnoBirthing ® and Dr. Susan Baker’s Resilience Therapy.
Cathy recently received IACT training in Basic Hypnotherapy and Advanced
Transpersonal Hypnotherapy with Patricia Price, MS, Director of the Trillium
Institute in Cassadaga

NY
.
She received her certification through the IMDHA in November 2007. Cathy
is Co-founder of the Citadel of Inner Peace Wellness Resource Center which has
served
Northwest
Ohio
for over 10 years. She holds
certificates in many alternative and natural healing modalities.
Her quiet confidence and attitude of unconditional acceptance, along with
a soothing voice, transports her clients to a place of calmness and serenity

James Stermole is the Education
Director for Personal Growth School of Hypnotherapy. James was originally
certified by the American Board of Hypnotherapy.
He has been a Hypnotherapist for over 8 years practicing various aspects
of hypnosis for healing and specializing in Heal the Need to Smoke.
He received his certification through the IMDHA in November 2007. James has been a certified Reiki Master Teacher for
over 12 years along with certifications in Touch for Health (kinesiology), as
well as many other healing modalities. He
is the co-founder of the Citadel of Inner Peace Wellness Resource Center and a
spiritual discovery circle, Another Way. James
has been using these talents over time to develop a successful practice in using
hypnosis to bring about healing and wellness to countless individuals. To

Personal Growth School of Hypnotherapy was
owned and operated by James and Patricia Sievert. Both James and Patricia have
been in traditional and complimentary health care for over 20 years and are
still doing private practice and advanced hypnosis training.

James Sievert, was the Executive Director for
Personal Growth School of Hypnotherapy. A Certified Hypnotherapist and
Lifetime Fellow of IMDHA (International
Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association), he is also a Certified
Hypnotherapist through the NGH (National
Guild of Hypnotists) and IACT (International
Association of Counselors and Therapists). James also has specialty
certifications in Hypnoanesthesia, Pain Management and Regression Therapy with
IMDHA. He holds certification in Forensic Hypnosis with Collin County
Community College Law Enforcement Training Division and is also a Certified NLP
Master practitioner, Sports Performance Hypnotist and NLP Trainer with the
NFNLP. James is the developer of the SIL™
method of Performance Enhancement. This program is certified through the IMDHA
and was offered at the 16th annual Conference in October 2004. James is a
Certified Tai-Chi Instructor with over 20 years experience with taijiquan and
martial arts. He blends his traditional medical and
complimentary care backgrounds with his teaching experience to offer a well

Patricia Sievert, was the Education Director
for Personal Growth School of Hypnotherapy. She is also a Certified
Hypnotherapist with both IMDHA and IACT
. She was named Lifetime Fellow of the IMDHA in 2006. Patricia has specialty
certifications in Hypnoanesthesia, Pain Management, Regression Therapy.
She is trained in Marie Mongan's HypnoBirthing® and Imagery Birthing©
and is the developer of Gentle Birthing a more natural way to birth.
Gentle Birthing was offered at the 20th annual IMDHA conference as their
Certified Natural Childbirthing method. A Reiki Master/Teacher since 1999, she
teaches Traditional Reiki at several location. Her blend of traditional medical
and complimentary care training is directed toward the mind-body connection and
